     My name is Galina. I was born June 13 - Gemini. This page I decided to create quite spontaneously as a result of my passion - cooking. It is due of my frantic desire to prepare many and varied food from Bulgarian and international cuisine. Here I will try to present you my skills in the kitchen through photos and recipes of my handmade meals, pastry, baked goods, casseroles and strongly hope you like it. Almost every day I discover and experiencing new recipes in my kitchen. Over the years I tried and mixed various of recipes from different countries. I experimenting with different culinary traditions and received fabulous meals. Thus through my meals I feel part of the world. At home always cook homemade food - not only because I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle, because I think that the children have to grow up healthy, also people will have a healthy diet and in this way automatically be disposed manufactured foods and hydrogenated fats .... just because homemade food is most delicious according to me.  I will try in an interesting way to show you my pictures and recipes - the techniques of preparing delicious and aromatic homemade food. I introduce you to a wide range of spices that make food magical delicious. I promise it will be very fast, easy and tasty!
