Bulgur rice with carrots and mint

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup of roasted bulgur rice pre-washed
A few cloves of garlic
1 pcs. an old onion
Fresh mint
2-3 pieces of grated fresh tomatoes
1-2 carrots

You need a few carrots, fresh mint, onions and garlic, a glass of washed bulgur and canned tomatoes or 2-3 freshly grated tomatoes.

Cut the onion and garlic in hot oil on the pan.

Add the washed and dried bulgur, fry for a few minutes and add the tomatoes.

 Cut the carrots into cubes and add them.

Come turn of fresh mint.

Add water in a 3: 1 ratio of bulgur and low boil limes until bulgur swells and carrots are boiled.
