Milk with sweet rice and wheat starch with cinnamon

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups rice
1 liter of fresh milk
package starch
Brown sugar about 5-6 tablespoons

Roll on a slow fire until the rice is cooked, adding pre-cooked milk and sugar starch.
Serve warm with sweet, cinnamon or chocolate.

Wash the rice and put it to boil with a glass of water on low heat.

After the rice swells, we add the milk and stir slowly and gradually.

When the rice is almost ready add 6-7 spoons of brown sugar and a pack of pre-crushed starch to thicken the mixture.

Distribute the hot mixture into bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon and topped with sweet to your taste, consume are cold and have a unique taste!
