Potato salad with parsley, onion and olive oil

 

Ingredients:

 

Saucepan of boiled potatoes

Peel and grate the potatoes

Grate 2 chives old onion or cut 2 ties green onion / matter to taste /

Cut parsley and flavoring while hot with olive oil and an apple vinegar, adding a pinch of salt.

Bon apetit!

Boil and peel the potatoes.

We need our onion and parsley too.

Grated the potatoes.

Chop the finely chopped parsley and onion.

Add a spoon of olive oil and a spoon of apple vinegar, if desired replace the vinegar with fresh lemon.

Ready to be eat.
