
Pumpkin with cinnamon and brown sugar
Ingredients:
Package fine pastry
A medium sized pumpkin
2 cups of brown sugar
2 spoons of cinnamon
1 vanilla package
Grate the pumpkin and drain it from the juice
Put the pumpkin in a tray with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
Sprinkle of prepared mixture on pastry and shape a round banitsa like a snail.

Bake in preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes for golden crust.
Taking the pumpkin out of the oven, sprinkle with fresh water and powdered sugar.

Peel and grate the pumpkin in the pan, brown with brown sugar and a vanilla package.
Place a portion of the mixture and a little oil on the bark.
Shape "snail" in the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Place in a heated oven and bake at 180C for about an 50min.
Remove from oven and brush the surface with butter.
