Spinach soup with fresh vegetables and vermicelli

 

Ingredients:

 

5-6 pcs. medium sized potatoes
2 pcs. carrots
1 kg. Spinach, washed and parboiled beforehand
Spices according to season - parsley, oregano, savory or basil
Black pepper, salt to taste and turmeric
2 pcs. onion
Vermicelli

bon appetit!
wash and cut spinach
wash potatoes and onions
put it in a saucepan with oil
boil spinach
dry the spinach
add carrots
add spinach
add vermicelli
boil until ready

Wash and cut the spinach in a saucepan.

Wash and prepare 5-6 potatoes and onions.

Slice them and put them in boiling water on the hotplate, add the tablespoon oil.

Boil spinach separately.

 Put the pre-boiled spinach in a colander.

If desired, add carrot.

When vegetables are cooked add the spinach.

Serve the soup warm with sprinkled parsley.
