Trout with rosemary and olive oil in foil
Ingredients:
2 pcs. medium-sized trout
Wash, clean and marinate the fish with olive oil, nettle and oregano for an hour.
Then cut it in two and sprinkle with selected dried vegetables and herbs.
Wrap in foil and bake in a moderately heated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180-200С.

Clean, wash and dry the trout.
Then marinate the fish and leave it for about an hour in the refrigerator.



Then cut it in two and sprinkle with selected dried vegetables and herbs.
Crispy and ready to eat, sprinkled with a fresh mint.
