Zucchini meatballs
Ingredients:
4 pcs. big zucchini
1 bunch of fresh dill
Salt and dry herbs
Grated onion
Grape asparagus can optionally be added
As well as raw grated potatoes
The meatballs are fried in heated oil to a golden crust on a hot stove at 5-6-7 degree

We need some zucchini, grate them in the tray and drain them in a colander.
Flavoring drain zucchini with spices, salt and bread crumbs to densify the mixture, shaping the meatballs and fry in hot oil on the pan.
..... keep frying.
Ready to be eat.
